Camgian’s interview process includes both. Candidates first complete a phone screening with our recruiting team. Candidates who move forward are then invited to our office in Starkville, Mississippi, for in-person interviews and a chance to meet the team. Camgian covers travel expenses for candidates who live outside the area.
