STARKVILLE, MS – 9 May 2019 –Camgian, an award-winning developer of advanced sensor systems and technologies, announces today that the company has been issued a patent by the US Patent and Trademark Office for a novel sensor networking and processing architecture for Internet of Things (IoT) methods. The invention number 10,250,690 titled “Multiple Sensor Data Processor Interface and Relay” relates in general to a system and method of networking and interconnecting a large number of diverse sensors to a remote location in an efficient manner. Specifically, the invention utilizes a flexible, configurable, scalable and power-efficient sensor interface relay architecture to gather, process and analyze sensor data in the field and relay insights to a remote location via the Internet. The patent is the second issued related to Camgian’s IoT technology portfolio.
