Director of Program Management & Products Program Manager
Camgian is looking for an experienced, mission-driven leader, who is passionate about creating and delivering new and innovative technology products to our clients. As Director of Program Management, you will work with a cross-functional team including Camgian's Product Owners, Program Technical Leads, Program Managers, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Senior Management to develop, execute and deliver products and programs that fulfill Camgian's product strategy and program goals. Working with the aforementioned cross-functional team, you will establish and oversee overall direction for programs and ensure programs are being executed to meet intended contractual and company goals. You will establish processes/procedures for managing programs and their planning within the team and work cross-functionally to ensure alignment. You will lead a team of program managers to ensure programs are delivered on schedule and within budget. You will use your strong program management skills and well-rounded understanding of current needs in the critical technologies that support the DoD and commercial markets to execute your duties. As a Director, you will coach and manage your teams effectively to deliver products of high value and impact to Camgian's client base. You are business-minded and data-driven and know how to deliver results. As Reactor Product Program Manager you will work with the Product Managers and Product Technical Leads to assist in the planning and tracking of product level goals and direction. Your scope of responsibilities and expectations would include developing and managing the mechanical aspects of building, maintaining, tracking and reporting the plans, schedules, budgets, issue/risk tracking and keeping the product team focused on meeting product quality and delivery timelines. This role will report to the VP of Operations and Program Management.

Knowledge of algorithms/DSP/AI/ML (e.g., signal processing including traditional, statistical, image/video; feature extraction, natural language processing, machine learning concepts (model training, network architectures / complexity, performance expectations, data science including data mining)

Knowledge of various sensor modalities (e.g., EO/IR (LW/MW/SW/NIR), acoustic, magnetic, passive RF, active RF) and modeling of these modalities

Knowledge and experience in sensors, compute platforms, communications, and power modules hardware integration

Ability to breakdown complex problems into simpler, manageable forms

Comfortable working with abstract concepts and insufficient requirements in an agile framework

Familiarity with government contracts, processes, and program execution
