JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Camgian is searching for an experienced program manager to support our growing cognitive computing business. The Program Manager will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables meet the project scope and budget and internally work with a cross-functional team, including the Product Development team, Engineering, and Management stakeholders. Overseeing all aspects of projects, the PM will set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and report on project progress. This role will report to the VP of Product Development.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

  • Experience with project management software tools

  • 5+ years of professional experience (industrial operations background preferred)

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or relevant technical degree)

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

  • United States Citizenship

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects

  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Ensure resource availability and allocation

  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress

  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

  • Meet with clients to clarify project requirements, assess needs, collect and incorporate feedback
