Senior Technology Integration Specialist

Camgian is seeking to hire an experienced Technology Integration Specialist that will be responsible for integrating and testing hardware and software components into fully operational systems. Camgian is seeking self-motivated candidates capable of delivering in a fast-paced environment with little supervision. Duties of the role would include investigation and procurement of system components, integration of equipment and software into system solutions, trouble-shooting, and field testing of operable systems. The successful candidate should be technically savvy with hardware, mechanical systems, and able to install, deploy and upgrade software installations. The role would also include coordination and execution of system demonstrations with existing and prospective clients, maintaining state of readiness and operability of all systems, and managing the logistics of product storage and inventory. In addition, the successful candidate will have exceptional customer relationship skills as they may also provide some Product Sustainment services for fielded systems and assist with the deployment and installation with new clients. This role would require travel to support product demonstrations and product sustainment services. The position will report to the Director of Quality Assurance within the company’s Operations organization.
Qualifications

Technical degree or certification.

10+ years’ experience in a related technical field.

Ability to integrate and test mixture of electrical, mechanical and software product components.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Ability to perform physical tasks occasionally requiring heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time in extreme climates.

United States Citizenship is required.
Desired Skills

Experience with regulatory compliance requirements, especially in areas of quality, safety, FCC and FAA.

Ability to manage and preserve technical equipment.

Experience in managing customer relationships

Experience working with DoD customers and environments is a plus
Key Responsibilities

Assist with investigation and selection of system components with direction from system architects.

Procurement, receipt, inspection, and initial testing of purchased components.

System integration of electrical, mechanical, and software components.

System trouble-shooting and field testing.

Coordination and execution of system demonstrations.

Maintain system readiness and operability.

Manage storage and inventory of equipment.

Maintain required regulatory compliance of systems and associated personnel paperwork.

Liaise with associated government regulatory personnel.

Product sustainment services including trouble-shooting, assisting with deployments, data gathering, and system monitoring.
