Camgian Networks Adds Two Directors
STARKVILLE, MS - August 3, 2007 – Camgian Networks announced today that Mr. John Stockton, Mayfield Venture Partner and founder of Stocklabs, and Mr. Gene Josephs, chief executive officer of GlobalSys Services, were elected to Camgian's board of directors.

Mr. Stockton is a semiconductor industry veteran having been CEO or senior executive of a number of high technology companies. His current focus is on development-stage companies in the fields of semiconductors, MEMS, intellectual property and EDA. He spends most of his time as a venture partner with Mayfield, a top-ranked venture capital firm in Menlo Park, California. When not in California working with Mayfield, he works in Austin, Texas with Hunt Ventures.
Mr. Stockton also serves as an independent director on the board of directors of DAFCA (Chairman) and Sirific Wireless. He is assisting on the board of LV Sensors and was previously on the boards of Theseus Logic and Arteris.

Following 31 years with IBM Corporation, Mr. Josephs is currently president of Investment Partners of Orlando (IPO), a venture capital firm with investments primarily in high technology companies. He is also CEO of IIS, LLC, a systems software company, and CEO of GlobalSys Services, Inc., an offshore programming services company.
Mr. Josephs has served on the board of directors for First National Bank of Central Florida, First Nation Bank of Seminole County, First Mercantile National Bank, Milcom Technology, Meshnetwork, Gemesis and Theseus Logic.
