Camgian Networks and Theseus Logic Merge

STARKVILLE, MS – June 1, 2007 – Camgian Networks Inc. announced its merger with Orlando firm and Honeywell spinout Theseus Logic Inc.

Theseus Logic is a leading semiconductor design services company with 24 patents in clockless integrated circuit technologies and has demonstrated innovative, low-power solutions in the wireless sensor networks space. Recently, Theseus has been working with a Boeing-led team under a Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) program to mature the design tools and methodology for clockless design.

For Camgian, the merger combines a very strong managerial and technical team with a robust patent portfolio in low-power semiconductor technologies.

In the combined company, Dr. Gary Butler will remain as president and chief executive officer. Dr. David Lamb served as president and CEO of Theseus from 2002 to 2007, he will join Camgian Networks as chief operating officer. Mr. Larry Fullerton, a recognized pioneer in wireless communications and sensing, will serve as the Company’s chief scientist.

Camgian will design and develop advanced wireless microsystems that support a broad range of defense, homeland security and intelligence related sensing and communications applications. The technical capabilities of Camgian and Theseus include systems engineering, module and chip development, communications and signal processing.

The corporate headquarters for the company will remain in Starkville, MS with Technology Centers in Maitland, FL and Huntsville, AL.
